Bob Cameron

Principal

Bob graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree with honors. He has accumulated over 55 years of experience in the banking, finance, and real estate industry.

During the initial 13 years of his career, Bob worked in the banking industry, primarily focusing on underwriting and administering large commercial loans.

For more than 45 years, Bob has served as a mortgage broker, specializing in both commercial and residential loans, and has been actively involved in providing term and mezzanine financing for medium and large businesses.

Bob holds a distinguished history of leadership, having served as President and Director of the Alberta Mortgage Brokers Association, and as Executive Director at the Alberta Mortgage Loans Association. He played a pivotal role as an industry member in shaping the Real Estate Act governing Mortgage Brokers and Realtors in the Province.

Over the years, Bob has cultivated strong working relationships with a diverse array of institutional and private lenders across the Canadian market, enabling him to deliver prime financing solutions for any real estate or business transaction.

Dan Cameron

Dan has been immersed in the mortgage business since 1994, demonstrating proficiency in all aspects of residential and commercial financing. His comprehensive understanding of various asset classes, coupled with his enduring relationships with lenders, enables him to present optimal financing solutions for businesses of all types.

Throughout his career, Dan has owned and managed over 150,000 sqft of commercial real estate, overseeing a team of more than 50 staff members and tenants — experience that has given him a deep understanding of both business operations and real estate dynamics.

Dan has also served as President and Director of the Alberta Mortgage Brokers Association, working alongside the Real Estate Council of Alberta to uphold high professional standards within the mortgage and real estate sector.
